1. Who we are & acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "your", "user", "subscriber") and Extech IT Services and Solutions ("we", "us", "our", the "Company"), the operator of Phantom Autobooker ("Phantom", the "service"), available at https://phantomautobooker.com (the "Website"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, installing our browser extension, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of the service
Phantom Autobooker is a subscription-based browser extension and web service that monitors the Amazon Relay load board and helps carriers automatically book freight loads that match their configured routes, rates and operating preferences. The service is provided on a software-as-a-service basis and is delivered digitally.
Phantom Autobooker is an independent, third-party tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or Amazon Relay. You use your own Amazon Relay account and remain solely responsible for every booking made through your account.
3. Eligibility & account registration
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the service. The service is offered to customers located outside India. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to keep it updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@phantomautobooker.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.
4. User responsibilities
- You will use the service only with an Amazon Relay account you are authorised to operate.
- You are responsible for reviewing, accepting and fulfilling any load your account books, and for compliance with all carrier, broker and Amazon Relay terms.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the routes, rates, equipment and preferences you configure.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
5. Acceptable use & prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or share your subscription, account, or license with any third party (each license is bound to a single Amazon Relay carrier account);
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, or create derivative works of the service except to the extent permitted by law;
- Use the service to violate the rights of others, transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or networks;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the service or its infrastructure;
- Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
We may investigate and take action, including suspension or termination, for any violation of this section.
6. Subscriptions, pricing & recurring billing
Phantom Autobooker is sold as a monthly, automatically renewing subscription. The current plans and prices are:

By subscribing, you expressly authorise us and our payment processor to automatically charge your payment card the applicable plan fee each month, in US Dollars (USD), on a recurring basis, until you cancel. Key billing terms:
- Auto-renewal: Each subscription automatically renews at the end of every monthly billing cycle for a further one-month term, and your card is charged the then-current plan price for that term.
- When you are billed: The first charge occurs when you subscribe and authorise the card mandate. Each subsequent charge occurs on the corresponding day of each following month (the renewal date).
- Currency: All prices are stated and charged in USD. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees, which are your responsibility.
- Payment method: International card payments are processed by Razorpay (see Section 7). You must keep a valid payment card on file.
- Failed payments: If a renewal charge fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend access until payment succeeds.
- Price changes: We may change plan prices on a prospective basis; we will give you reasonable advance notice, and changes apply from your next renewal.
- Taxes: Prices are exclusive of any taxes, levies or duties that may apply in your jurisdiction, which are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Payments & payment processor
Card payments are collected and processed by Razorpay, a third-party PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway. Your full card details are entered on and handled by the payment gateway; we do not collect or store your full card number, CVV, or card PIN on our servers. Your use of the payment gateway is also subject to Razorpay's own terms and privacy policy.
8. Intellectual property
The service, including all software, source code, designs, text, graphics, logos and the "Phantom" and "Phantom Autobooker" names and marks, is owned by Extech IT Services and Solutions or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose during your active subscription. No other rights are granted.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will secure any particular load, rate, or outcome. Load availability, pricing and booking results depend on third-party systems (including Amazon Relay) outside our control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Extech IT Services and Solutions and its officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Extech IT Services and Solutions from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your bookings, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party (including Amazon).
12. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity) will survive.
13. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
