Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions to Phantom Autobooker, operated by Extech IT Services and Solutions. Phantom Autobooker is sold as a monthly, auto-renewing subscription (Phantom Essential — USD 48/month; Phantom Pro — USD 246/month), billed in US Dollars. Please read this policy together with our Terms & Conditions.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops all future renewals so your card will not be charged again. To cancel:
- Sign in to your Phantom Autobooker account dashboard; or
- Email admin@phantomautobooker.com from your registered email address with the subject "Cancel subscription".
Once cancellation is processed, you will receive a confirmation by email. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period (see Section 4).
3. Refund policy
Because Phantom Autobooker is a digital service that is made available immediately and consumed during each billing cycle:
- The current billing period is non-refundable. When you cancel, you will not be charged for any future cycle, but the fee already paid for the current month is not refunded.
- No free trial and no money-back guarantee are offered. Billing begins when you subscribe and authorise the card mandate.
- Renewal charges are non-refundable once the renewal for a new cycle has been processed. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your renewal date.
4. Access after cancellation
After you cancel, your access to Phantom Autobooker continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. At the end of that period, the subscription ends and access to paid features is deactivated. No further charges are made.
5. Exceptions (discretionary refunds)
We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in limited cases such as:
- A duplicate or erroneous charge caused by a technical/billing error;
- A charge made after a valid, timely cancellation request;
- A documented, prolonged service outage attributable solely to us that prevented all use of the service.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
6. Refund processing timeline
Where a refund is approved, we initiate it within 2 business days of approval. The refund is then processed by our payment provider, Razorpay, and typically appears in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refund timelines for international cards may vary with the issuing bank.
7. How to request a refund
Email admin@phantomautobooker.com with the subject "Refund request" from your registered email address, including your account email, the date and amount of the charge, and the reason for the request. We will review and respond, ordinarily within 3–5 business days.
