1. Digital product — no physical shipment
Phantom Autobooker, operated by Extech IT Services and Solutions, is a digital software-as-a-service product. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Accordingly, no courier, postal delivery, or physical address-based shipment is involved, and no shipping charges apply.
2. How your access is delivered
Access to Phantom Autobooker is provisioned electronically. Immediately after your payment is successfully processed and your subscription is activated:
- Your account is upgraded to the purchased plan and the paid features are unlocked in your account dashboard;
- A confirmation email is sent to your registered email address with your subscription details and instructions to access the service via the browser extension and dashboard.
3. Delivery timeframe
Delivery is typically instant. In almost all cases access is enabled within a few minutes of a successful payment. In rare cases (for example, payment-verification delays), provisioning may take up to 24 hours. There are no shipping or handling fees of any kind.
4. If you don't receive access
If your subscription is not active or you have not received your confirmation email within the timeframe above, please first check your spam/junk folder, then contact us at admin@phantomautobooker.com with your account email and payment reference. We will verify your payment and restore access promptly.
